DECLARAR HUESPED ILUSTRE a nombre de la Municipalidad Provincial Mariscal Nieto, al DR. JOHNNY CÁCERES VALENCIA, en su calidad de JUEZ SUPERIOR TITULAR E INTEGRANTE DEL CONSEJO EJECUTIVO, con ocasión de su visita oficial a la ciudad de Moquegua, capital del departamento Moquegua.
