APROBAR, la REDUCCIÓN de prestaciones al CONTRATO Nº025-2025-GA/GM/A/MPMN, por la cantidad de 888.75 galones de DIESEL 85 S50 UV, equivalente a un importe de S/ 16,797.38 Soles, que representa el porcentaje de incidencia de: 25.00% del monto del contrato original, respecto a la ADQUISICIÓN DE DIESEL 85 S-50 UV, PARA EL PROYECTO: «MANTENIMIENTO RUTINARIO Y CONSERVACIÓN DE LAS AREAS VERDES DE LOS PRINCIPALES PARQUES, JARDINES Y OVALO$ DEL CERCADO DE MOQUEGUA, DISTRITO DE MOQUEGUA, MARISCAL NIETO MOQUEGUA», conforme a los fundamentos expuestos en la parte considerativa de la presente Resolución.
